First BRRR Complete; I need more deals

Hi BP Team,

I recently completed my first BRRRR (very exciting) and the refinance payment hit today. I am eager to get my 2nd project going in the Atlanta, GA region but I'm having a hard time finding deals.

I found the first deal on Zillow, but I am keen to get connected with other professionals in the ATL area that can help me find/bring me deals for mutual benefit. Any feedback is appreciated; I would love to expand my team if there is anyone who does wholesaling or has a good connect for off-market deals.

Congrats on completing your first BRRRR! That's a huge milestone. It seems like finding the first deal is hard, but finding the second can be even tougher. I've heard a lot of investors say that building relationships with local wholesalers, agents, and other investors consistently opens more doors than relying on the MLS alone.
