Finding Deals on or off the market
How do people find all the properties that I never even get a chance to see?
I constantly check Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Facebook, Homes.com, and other sites, but it seems like I always discover the best deals after another investor has already purchased and flipped them.
Meanwhile, other investors seem to be finding amazing properties that never even show up on the websites I’m watching.
Is it because I don’t have the right connections or network? Am I looking in the wrong places? Or is there an entirely different way that successful investors are finding these deals?
I’d genuinely love to hear how other investors are finding their best off-market opportunities.
