Finding properties and getting comps
Hi im a newbie to RE investing I'm focusing on wholesale. I been working with a realtor for the last few months to find homes and get comp. I was wondering if anyone's know where I can look up comps for a certain property with out the MLS or help of a realtor? As well as finding fixer upper homes.
