Partnering with local RE Agents
I was reading a post today where homeopath.com was mentioned as a great way to sometimes find great deals on properties. I can see the possibility of course. My market (Portland, OR) is too expensive so cash flow is pretty much non-existent. Therefore, I will be looking out of state. I am curious as to how any BP members found reliable RE agents or other investors to partner with?
