I have a buyer for a rehab that I am about to complete in Ohio. The buyer is my neighbors daughter and son in law so it could be a simple transaction. I have never done this before so I am looking for advice on the paperwork that I will need. I have a purchase agreement and a residential disclosure form. Will I be needing anything else?

Make it simple and just use a lawyer. This way there will be no miss understanding and no hard feelings down the road.

Last thing you need is a spiteful neighbor.
