I have a potential deal that I don't want to miss but am tied up with other projects and short on rehab funds.  This is a fix and flip deal that will turn quickly.

If you are looking for a project in Portland OR let me know and let's put something together.  Home is located in a very hot area where the average days on market is only 8 days.
