Anyone familiar with buying in this city? We have an opportunity to buy a 3/2 SFR, all the numbers look okay but I’m concerned about the exit strategy (basically resale) since we are planning to Buy & Hold. It’s on the outskirts of Fort Worth and I’m in AZ so any help or ideas would be welcomed.
