Propane heater and pellet stove in one unit

I'm looking into a potential deal on a duplex and, while the numbers are very good, my hesitation is that one of the units is heated with a propane heater and a pellet stove. If it were something I were living in, I wouldn't have an issue, but I'm not sure I want tenants living there. Thoughts?
