How to find first property
Hello Newbie here
My business partner and I are planning on buying our first multifamily investment property in Boston,MA. We are thinking 2-4 units max about "C" or "B" class with added value.
Is there any resources besides Zillow/MLS or even agent. What should we look for when evaluating a property?.
