Wholesale Contract Assignment

Hi Everyone!

I am a new wholesaler from St. Charles, MO and I had a question about contract assignment. When I successfully assign a contract to an end buyer, am I done with the deal? Can I walk away after that? Or do I need to stay and close with the seller and buyer still?
