Investors what's your exit strategy ?

Hello BP community I have a question for investors. When you're looking to unload any of your inventory do you wholesale it or work with an agent/realtor to sell it ?

My exit plan is pretty much to die (a long time from now if things go as planned). In other words, we buy and hold.
