Selling a fire burned house

I mistakenly bought a house in chester, pa. through a auction that had extensive fire damage for about $2200. Trying to figure out ways at least get back the money i put in to it by selling it. Gonna put it on craiglist to see if any investors are in interested. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
