Hi BP,

Can someone give me advice on how to find buyers in my area for my upcoming wholesale deals?

Simple...2 steps...

1. Get involved in your local REIA. Make sure you're on the email distribution and find out if they have a forum to post deals.

2.  Make sure you have great deals.

If you have great deals, all you will have to do is post the deal on the REIA site or send out an email blast. You can even post the deals here on BP, in the Marketplace. If your deal is good enough, people will be beating down your door within 30-min of you sending out the email blast.

To avoid the tire kickers, get involved with your local REIA. (Didn't I already say that? Anyway...) Find out who the "real" cash buyers are, not the pretenders. Talk to them. Find out what kinds of properties they are looking for. Let them know you're a wholesaler.

Most important of all...make sure you have good deals, so do your research and nail the analysis!
