Rental lease and arbitration?

Hi,

I noticed its a common practice for big employers to call out on the employment agreement that any disputes will be settled outside of courts via arbitration. This should save costs and reduce risk for the employer. Can I use arbitration for resolving rental related disputes? Should I?

Thanks!
