I was on my way to lunch from work I drove by a house in a good area in rough shape. It had a FSBO sign so I called him. Nice guy lives in FL was a rental went badly. I called the county and she said they issues a notice to have it corrected by February back in January. She said it's not on any destruction lists yet but doesn't know if it can be made livable again. I have a call in to her higher up. How does that normally work?
