Hi folks. I am wondering if anybody here has invested with, or knows the reputation of, Dani Beit-Or and/or his company: http://simplydoit.net

Many thanks

I worked with Dani on my first deal (SD IRA) when I had no clue about RE. Their business model is to find you MLS deals using RE agents and you still have to do your own due diligence. If you end up buying, you pay Dani ~$2800 (don't quote me on this. I paid much less than this). I think its good for people who have no clue about RE. If you are on BP, you should be able to get it done yourself by connecting with an investor friendly agent here on BP.

As far as flips are concerned, you are responsible for 100% of the $$, they do the flip and you get 50% of the profit (half each to Dani and the remote flip team).
