Help! First Commercial Property Purchase-Market Analysis
I'm considering buying my old pediatric's office when I was a kid and convert it into single-room office space up to even office suites with conf. room, etc. Now besides running the numbers to see if this property would be profitable, my biggest problem is how to do a market analysis to see if there is even a need for a property like that in our community. Any suggestions out there on how to do a market analysis to evaluate demand for a space like this?
