Newbie needs help
I found a 2 bed 1 bath 800 sqft house that is in Glendale Ca it is worth 410k the buyer will take 300k but the house needs new everything if we tore it down and started over and made it into a 3/2 comps in the area are around 650k to 750k. I want to try and do the deal but I have no idea as to how to get it started. I need financing help as well as any other kind of help.
