When you feel as if you have a good sale but no buyers are buying what is your next stategy of action? I feel I have a good sale, but no one is biting the bait. Please let me know, any help is appreciated! Have a blessed day!

@Fannie Hood If nobody is buying then either you do not have a deal or you are asking the wrong people.  What about it makes it a good deal?

If you do not know, it might be beneficial for you to ask the investors you work with why they are passing.  What is their criteria?  Do you understand how they evaluate property?
