Final Walk Through on out of state property

I'm buying my first out of state investment property in Texas.  I plan to fly out and view the property during the inspection since I have an option period to cancel the deal.

Anyone have advice on how they typically handle viewing investment properties that they purchase out of state?  How do you handle the final walk through?

Thanks!

Thanks for the info everyone, I'm also going out there to look at some other surrounding areas to make the trip worth it.
