Talk to me about your experience with "hacking" your housing.
I am looking into purchasing a 4plex in order to live rent free and cashflow a little on the side. Those of you that have done this/are doing it talk to me about your experience. Success, failure, ups, and downs. I want to know the good, bad, and the ugly. What would you do differently?
