School districts around Edmond OK

Hello

I am looking to buy and hold in Edmond Oklahoma. I am debating between Deer Creek and Edmond school districts. My Realtor is telling me that houses in the Deer Creek school district would do better. Is that your take as well?

thank you for your feedback

Amit

i have owned and manage in both areas.  good and bad to both.  more inventory in edmond right now but deer creek is catching up.  edmond is a bit more established (district size), deer creek has been around a long time but are going through alot of very fast growth so that could be a concern in the future if not managed well.
