skip tracing

so I am skip tracing for the first time right now and I used Peoplefinders.com to try one homeowner of an abandoned house in LA which has the same mail to address in propertyradar

I just got my pdf report from Peoplefinders but there is 10 addresses on there for this guy and his house that I want is the fifth address listed

I called the phone number given and nobody picked up

my question is which one of the 10 houses listed do I mail my letter to?

I am also waiting for accurint and first American to get back to me for signing up an account
