Is it necessary to discuss how much you would make wholesaling a deal to a seller? For instance , I know someone who was in a situation where a seller wanted $40,000 for their house and the person I knew found a cash buyer for $55,000 but the seller backed out of the deal because he didn't like the fact that the wholesaler was making $15,000 from selling the property even after the wholesaler stated that they make their money from selling the property to someone else
