interesting properties becoming scarce in the LA market, i'm thinking about digging into the pre foreclosure market. What is your experience with this acquisition strategy?
How do you advertise yourself? direct mail to owners with large delinquent payments? "buying properties for cash" signs in areas of interest?
I know where to find the pre foreclosure listings at the county's recorder office, but i have the feeling that it is a very laborious and sensitive job for very few leads;
Any experience would be greatly appreciated!
