Closing documents (Seller's signature)
Hello, I am near the end of the closing process but there's a lingering issue.
This property was earlier foreclosed and taken by the bank.
Closing date was yesterday. I met with the seller's closer and signed a bunch of closing documents. Everything seems to be in order except I have nothing that show's a seller's signature. What documents do I need signed by the seller before I go wiring the rest of my down payment to the title company this morning.
