I am just curious if any investors on here have purchased properties off Loppnet? I don any listings at wholesale prices but it can still make sense buying good properties at fair prices, right? Anyone have success from Loopnet.com?

Thanks

Jonathan

I have mostly leased commercial spaces on Loopnet. Distressed property does make it on, too. Just because it's a market or over priced listing, doesn't mean it can't be purchased for less than market. Just call on the properties you are interested in and look for motivation.  Sometimes it's seller financing that makes the deal.  You can make good contacts there, too.

I've heard people say that only junk and over priced properties are on Loopnet. That's not always the case. It's worth perusing.
