Letters to Prospective Sellers- Next Step?

I just sent about 60 letters to homeowners in a neighborhood in which I'm looking to buy.  Can anyone offer advice on what my next step should be?  I'd like to think that the calls will start rolling in with people wanting to sell, but if that doesn't happen, what should I do next and how long should I wait.  I don't want to be an annoyance but I do want to "hustle" to potentially get a good deal.
