Investing $500k
I have a SoCAl property with about $500k in equity. I am considering selling the property and reinvesting for better cashflow. If you had $500k (and willing to leverage) what investment vehicle would you choose? I am considering apartment complex, mobile home park, storage unit, notes, etc. Also, with your chosen investment what would you think the numbers would look like?
