I'm looking to network with as many people as possible in the Indianapolis, IN area who seek short sale opportunities.  From time to time, these deals are presented to me and I have not yet took that approach in my real estate endeavors.  I would love to eventually learn but as of now I would just like to have a pool of people that I can pass the lead off to and receive a finder's fee.
