Flip This House Or Pass It Along
My expertise is in flipping raw, vacant land but I just had a client of mine also come to me with a small house for sale on Warsaw St. in Toledo, OH.
It's a fixer although not too bad, small at 900 sf, but cheap at only $2999.
I was going to pass it along but then thought that maybe I could buy it myself and wholesale it to someone else and make a few bucks.
My real motivation though is helping my client get rid of this house which he obviously doen't want. Any advice?
