Feeling overwhelmed and frustrated!
How do I get my hands on money for a down payment? I want to buy and hold properties for passive income but cant seem to find money for a down payment.

SAVE SAVE SAVE!!! Wholesaling, or creative financing. Maybe get a house with a seller held note/mortgage. If you find other deals you can't afford you can sell the assignment.
