Missouri RMLO for Owner Financing?

Does anyone know of an rmlo who will provide their service in Missouri for owner finance transactions?

Actually just received this email from them a few minutes ago:

We are sorry to report that the Call the Underwriter website is currently down. We initially thought that someone in our office tripped over a power cord, but it seems the Flux Capacitor has a malfunctioning Jigawat Converter. We appreciate your patience and will be back up as soon as possible.  Lastly, if you see the man below, he's wanted for questioning.

Nice.  Thanks, guys.  My properties are in St. Louis County.  I have a few long-term renters who I may switch to owner financing. At this point I'm only interest in owner-occupied financing.
