Where/How to get started in building a modular home in Florida?

Hi,

There are quite a few modular home manufacturers out there but unfortunately, many of them have tons of unresolved complaints on BBB's site.

I'd appreciate if someone could share their experiences on which are the better modular home manufacturers out there, I'm also looking for a builder in Orlando to put the modular home together on a vacant land.
