I found a home that was for sale that I absolutely loved. Four family in Dayton in great shape. I was going to contact the owner however I see he literally pulled his listing 3 days ago! If someone wouldn't mind pulling tax data for me so I could get in touch with him I would appreciate it. The home would be as a personal residence for my wife and I. We would be looking to purchase within 60 days or so. I'm not having any luck pulling anything on the county websites. I also would rather not call the agency he had it with as I am a month or two away. Looks like he has been trying to move the home for some time now.
