Feel liberated from the stigma.  I've had this thing for about 3 years, and by and large found it useless in what I do.  I don't buy SFRs - I think you got to be nuts to buy those in most places in Ohio.  I don't flip them, nor do I wholesale them.  And for buying apartments there is just no use for a license...

I'll get it back potentially when I'm ready to cash out, but until then - se-la-vie

I think French is not your 1st or even your second language.  C'est la vie.   Why say something with two letters when you can use four?  

How does this affect your access to the MLS and your ability to buy hot apartment deals?
