Wholesalers' Lists in SE Michigan?

Good afternoon -

I've been looking over the past few weeks for a couple of suitable rental SFH in SE MI (ideally, finding properties that need a bit (or a lot) of TLC, improving them and holding/renting).  I've been doing a bit of MLS, a bit of off the grid marketing to homeowners etc.  But I think I'd like to be able to hook up with some wholesalers in our area that we might work with on a couple of deals as well.  Can anyone recommend a good contact?

This is a great site by the way - only on a few weeks, but the practical advice and real-time stories are extremely valuable...

Although our primary focus is in Oakland County, we also handle the surrounding counties as well.  Within the website, please let us know your specific requirements, such as locations of your investment interest (zip codes, street boundaries, etc.), price range, how quickly you can close when a good deal comes along (the quicker the better), how you pay for the properties (cash is king), etc.

Hey Jim,

Good timing... I have a deal I'm wholesaling currently in Redford, MI.  Purchase price is $34k total to you.  It is a 3-bed, 1-bath, 1,000 sf vinyl bungalow with a basement.  Newer roof, siding, windows, and cement.  This is a probate deal that is assignable.  Needs about $5k in repairs/updates (I have a copy of the city inspection report)... should rent for $825.  PM me if interested.  FYI - I am a full service wholesaler.  Thanks for your consideration!  Paul
