Greetings from Austin, TX! I'm new to the forum and wanted to say hello and ask for y'alls advice. I work for a real estate wholesale company and am working as hard as I can to make a name for myself and make connections. This site seems like a great resource!

Any advice on ways you've found success building up your investor base or making contacts in general? Any good books or articles you've read? I'm looking to absorb and learn as much info as possible.
