Hi guys - just wondering if you could make some sense of the following ad for me....I understand it is owner financing, but don't get the 17.5k down for 10 years amortized over 20? This property comes with tenants in place. There is a 2bed/1bath in front and a studio in back. The front house is rented for $575. The studio iiis rented for $325. This deal also comes with the adjacent lot, 2242 E Tyler. Owner will carry the note with $17.5k down for 10 years amortized over 20. Start making money today. Appreciate the help!
