Hello, I'm a buy & hold investor currently looking for good wholesalers in Houston area. Any recommendation? Investment criteria: SFH, 4/5 bd (will consider nicer 3 bd), cap rate >11%, APR $170-300k). Will also consider 1-4 properties. I like Katy, Sugarland, Mo.City, but will also consider other good locations.
