My first Auction

So.....I am very new to this and I am going to attend my 1st courthouse auction next week. My main goal is to go and learn the process and watch the bidders to gain a comfort before I look to bid. There is one house I would be interested in if no one bids in the property.

What are some things I should be on the look out for? If I do end up biding on the house I would want, what should I prepare for?

I am sure this has been brought up in these forums in the past but if anyone has some new advice, I would appreciate it!

Blessings!!
