Deal finding

Hello All.  

I would like to ask what everyones preferred methods for finding deals are.  I over the past few years have been buying bank owned home here in philadelphia thru Homepath and have done quite well (buy and hold) .  However recently the prices have started to tick up a bit and I would like to continue adding to my portfolio.  Any and all ideas welcome
