Buyer's Agent
I'd like to leave my options open as far as realtor representation, and want to limit my agent's involvement in my purchase to only one property I'm currently offering to purchase. Is there some way to word that on his "exclusivity" form, or am I stuck with him for every houses I consider in the 2 month period I've specified?
