How do individuals sell their turnkeys?

Let's say you want out of your turnkey, do people sell these on MLS or other investors?

Most likely it will be at a loss of the seller is selling within a short time from the initial purchase.  I think you typically have to wait 3-5yrs to be able to sell and break even.
