Houston Inspector Recommendations and Insurance Quotes
Just recently bought my first deal which was 5 properties. Full details are here. Does anyone have any recommendations for inspectors. Also will we get a discount for doing 5 houses? What does your guy charge? We are getting quoted between 300-475 per house is this too high?
In regards to insurance what is the minimum coverage you use? We are saving quite a bit by insuring for the value of the home rather than insuring for a rebuild. It is cutting our quotes by 2/3. Is this what you do as well?

If you are getting insurance for 5 properties, I would get one policy that covers all 5.
