I am an experienced investor from south Florida. I have a deal that crossed my desk from Lewiston, Maine. The numbers look good but I know little about common expenses, utilities, insurance rates,etc. I would like to speak with someone who has multifamily experience in the Lewiston area. I will be visiting on Thursday April 30th for a couple of days to visit the 30 unit building I am interested in
