Price help in lewisville tx

I am seeking opinions on pricing in the Lewisville, tx area. My sister in law currently lives there. They are trying to buy their first home and I think their realtor is giving them terrible advice. They aren't super money savvy and I'm trying to do my best from a far to protect them from a bad first home purchase.... Mostly overpaying. I hear the market is hot there and homes are only lasting a few days. They aren't trying to get KILLER deals, just not overpay.
