Buying a multi unit while spouse buys a house?
Hello Everyone,
I am currently in the process of buying my first multi unit. The multi unit will be under my name (mortgage, home, etc.). My husband and I would like to start flipping as well. Has anyone in here ever bought a home or multi unit (with a mortgage) and their spouse purchase a home under their name?
