hi Im new to this whole thing. I want to buy a fixer upper in new york for 198k but chase sent me a pre qaul letter for 144k I would be a first time home buyer. Chase also said the closing would be around 39k, does that sound correct? Any advice on any programs. The house is a 2 fam so I would have income
