Things to watch out for when self-listing on MLS
Hi, I'm considering selling my house via self-listing service. I plan on getting my realtor license in June however, I don't think it'll be in time to use it for my own home. I still need to decide on a broker...
Anyway, does anyone have any advice on things to watch out for when doing this. Common pitfalls, etc.? Thanks!
